You are in control of your data. This policy explains what happens to your personal information when you delete your ZenLaunch account and how to request deletion at any time.
What this covers
This policy applies to personal information ZenLaunch holds about you, including your account details, the content and inputs you provided, generated creative, and data obtained from advertising platforms you connected (such as Meta, Google, or TikTok).
How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data in either of the following ways:
- From your account settings — sign in, go to Settings → Account, and select Delete account. Follow the prompts to confirm.
- By email — send a request from the email address associated with your account to privacy@zenlaunch.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Email privacy@zenlaunch.co from your account address and we'll process your request within 30 days.
What we delete
When we process a deletion request, we permanently remove or anonymize:
- Your account profile and login credentials.
- Content and inputs you submitted, including brand and audience details.
- Creative generated on your behalf and stored in your account.
- Access tokens and data associated with connected advertising platforms.
- Usage and analytics data linked to your identity.
What we may retain
We may retain a limited amount of information where required for legitimate business or legal reasons, such as:
- Records needed to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations (for example, billing and transaction records).
- Information necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our agreements.
- Backup copies, which are purged on our regular retention cycle.
Any retained information is kept only as long as necessary and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Timeline
We aim to confirm receipt of your request promptly and to complete deletion within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex, we may need additional time and will let you know. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Disconnecting advertising platforms
You can revoke ZenLaunch's access to a connected platform at any time from that platform's app or business settings. Doing so stops future data sharing; to remove data already stored by ZenLaunch, submit a deletion request as described above.
